Our founder first missed not a restaurant, but standing beside the kitchen counter as family kneaded dough, wrapped fillings and waited for the oven to ring. It was hard to find Chinese baking lessons abroad that explain dough temperature, touch and timing in Chinese. English tutorials never quite captured the feel, and recipes never tasted like home.

So we invited China's best masters online and brought their craft and warmth with us. Today, learners join from Vancouver, London, Sydney and beyond—not only to learn skills, but to find a community where overseas Chinese encourage one another.
